You have more answers in you than you think.
I hold the space to help you explore them.
You can't stop the waves,
but you can learn to surf.
You've already built a lot. Yet somewhere, momentum stalled. Maybe the path isn't clear. Maybe you're carrying too much. Maybe you simply feel something needs to change, and you just haven't found the words for it yet.
I'm Kim. I've spent 16+ years building teams, leading operations, and navigating change in startups and corporates. As a mother of two, I know what it feels like to try to be the one holding everything together, and what it takes to let go of what no longer serves.
Yoga, mindfulness, movement are not separate from my professional life. They're what makes me the coach I am: grounded, present, and genuinely committed to your growth.
Work with me
Coaching is not advice. It's a space where you think and express freely, observe what's happening within you, and watch new paths take shape. You choose the direction. I navigate with you, questioning, opening perspectives, welcoming what comes up.
You start by naming what's in the way. In the space we create together, you untangle the noise: fears, beliefs, competing priorities, to find what truly matters.
Clarity on what matters to you right now, and on the person you are today. Not someone else's definition of success. Yours, drawn from your values, your strengths, your vision.
Action that feels right and unforced. A path forward that integrates who you are, professionally, personally, fully.
No template. No one-size-fits-all. Everything starts from where you actually are, and moves at a pace that serves your growth.
A 30-minute conversation, no agenda, no commitment. A chance to explore what's bringing you here, and whether we're the right fit to work together.
A coaching journey shaped around your situation, your goals, your rhythm. At the depth and pace that serves you best.
Clarity. Direction. Momentum. Not something I give you, something you build, in a space designed to let you.
I can't think of anyone more empathetic, effective, and present to help you grow and find your way forward.
Kim is a formidable presence with an enviable ability to build real connection, combined with a truly strategic mindset and a focus on what matters.
Kim has that natural warmth that makes you feel heard and cared for. She brings deep experience and a problem-solver's instinct, driven by what's truly right for you.

My role isn't to tell you what to do. It's to create the conditions where you can think clearly, feel safe, and trust yourself.
Movement taught me that real change comes from within. That stillness is the precondition for true momentum. This is the thread that connects everything I do, in yoga, in business, in coaching.
Let's get startedThis question makes me smile, because it reveals something important: people often imagine a coach must be an expert in a specific field. My vision is different. Being a coach is a posture, where I strive to cultivate presence and deep listening for the other person, rather than expertise and answers.
You are the expert of your own path, your own experience, what drives you. My role is not to tell you where to go. It's to create the space where your own answers can emerge. A posture I have built through my Level 1 and 2 training in the Art and Mastery of Coaching at Nova Terra, a Brussels-based school accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
The best way to find out? We meet. That's why we always start with a chemistry meeting: a free 30-minute conversation, no agenda, no commitment, to explore what's bringing you here and see if we're the right fit.
Therapy explores why you are where you are. Mentoring tells you what to do based on someone else's experience. Coaching starts from a different premise: you already have what it takes. My role is to help you access it.
In the coaching space, you look at the here and now: what's holding you back, what you really want, and what you can start moving towards today.
That's not a problem. The desire to clarify or move forward is often what brings people to coaching in the first place. The first sessions often serve exactly that purpose: to define the contours of what you want to explore.
A conversation, but not an ordinary one. We start from what you bring that day: a situation, a tension, a question. I listen, I ask questions, I reflect back. Not to give you answers, but to help your own answers emerge.
Sessions last between 45 minutes and one hour, online or in person in Brussels. I coach in English and in French. We typically work over 3 to 5 sessions, but this is something we define together, based on what you want to explore.
A question, a thought, or ready to take the first step. I'd love to hear from you.
